A: Body By BJ trains men, women and children from young to old- there is no reason for someone NOT to exercise.
Q: How long do the sessions last?
A: Each Training session will last approximately 60 minutes in length.

A: Your first session will include your full fitness assessment- weight, height, circumference measurements, and body fat measurements.

A: Each session will focus on cardiovascular endurance, strength, flexibility, balance, core stabilization and proper range of motion.
